Academic Writing

Writing is a very important part of graduate studies and research, and there are a number of tools which can help you prepare professional quality papers and reports. The most commonly used tool is LaTeX and there are a number of editors which make writing LaTeX easier. My favorite is LyX because it flattens the LaTeX learning curve significantly.
